Expanded vermiculite
Its elements are iron, magnesium, aluminum, and so on, and it contains three waters including absorption water, interlayer water, and crystal water uniquely among minerals. "Vermiculite" is originated from a Latin meaning a worm which is similar to a worm shape when it is heated. It is a mineral that is expanded upon heating with 1/5 weight of the sand and three times of moisture absorption rate compared to the sand.
